Coaching is a unique way to help you reach your goals. Having a coach means making a decision that your life is important and that you will work to make it better.
Having a coach means reaching your goals quicker, communicating better, feeling less stressed. It means prioritising you and your needs, and making others around you happier because you are happier.

Inspiration Unlimited offers a full hour session focussing on your needs, helping to clarify goals, and creating a strong vision for the future. Before our time together, you will send me some basic information, so we spend the time as effectively as possible. This time is for you.
By working on practical goals you will be able to feel more confident in your ability to reach them, and will feel more motivated to work towards your own development.
With a strong personal vision it’s easier for you to feel you have direction in your life, that you are going to the right place and this will help you feel less stressed.
Inspiration Unlimited uses a variety of methods to help clients: some traditional coaching tools such as SMART-goals, together with NLP and traditional business coaching work on visions and on time management.
All these things, however, will be decided with you, because you are the one who will reach your goals!

How is coaching different from having a good friend?
For many, the first impression of what a coaching does is similar to that of a good friend. The biggest difference is that the coach is not expecting any guidance in return, is objective and is willing to ask questions that are difficult.
By using a coach, it’s also easier for you to be honest with yourself, as the coach is not a part of your “regular” life - there is complete confidentiality between coach and client.
How is coaching different from counseling?
The main point of counseling is to help people who are feeling depressed or have psychological issues back to a point where they feel better, more “normal”. Coaching takes the side of saying that you are “normal”, but you want to be better, great, excellent. Counseling creates normality, coaching creates excellence!
What can I expect from 60 minutes coaching?
A common coaching session is around 45 minutes, but this special first session offer has been extended to 60 minutes. In this time, with preparation beforehand, you can expect that we will be able to narrow down some specific points to start working on, help you become more focussed as to what it is you want, and then to set up some practical, achievable goals for you to do within the next few days.
After the session, you will be asked to report back to the coach to see how you got on. This is an important part of coaching - knowing that someone is looking out for you, interested in how you are doing in your process to reach your goals. Your coach is there to help you get where you want to be.
What if I want more coaching?
Coaching can be worked on a session-by-session basis, but it’s quite common to set up a limited number of sessions, for example 6 x 45min over six weeks. If you feel that you would like more support in reaching your goals, you can of course book more sessions at any time.
